I found this article whilst looking for other information on landscpaing courses however although I am aware of this course (gutted as I would like to of attended but I am in the UK) I didnt know the local sewer company were part of it.

Wish we had something like this in the UK!

I bougth 4 rain barrels this past June ?? 2012. It is good to have them. But not all homes come with the size downspout that was provided as part of the “kit”.
I think you need to consider offering the homeowner a cholce of sizes for connecting to the downspout.
